Gary was one of our lucky patients who came with us to New york for level 2 of the highly esteemed Aestheitic advantage programme, for which John Adams is a lecturer. Gary grinds his teeth and because of this had fractured one of his old crowns. He wanted a smile that was attractive but also masculine. We also had to make the restorations from emax porcelain as he was still an active tooth grinder. 5 years on Gary is pain free and has had no problems with his teeth other than needing his regular hygiene appointments and routine examinations.
