Competition Terms & Conditions
- Competitions are open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except for employees of Start-Smiling UK Cosmetic Dentistry and/or Start-Smiling Cosmetic Medical Centre, their families, and any other person professionally associated with the competition.
- Only one entry per person will be accepted. Competitions are open to customers and non-customers. No purchase is necessary.
- To be entered into a Start-Smiling UK Cosmetic Dentistry and/or Start-Smiling Cosmetic Medical Centre, competition, entrants must complete their details in the manner specified for each competition. Your entry is valid provided you give us your contact details either through the entry form on www.start-smiling.co.uk or by writing to us.

- All entries must be received by Friday 30th May 2008. All entries received by the closing date are valid and have an equal chance of winning. Entries not submitted in accordance with the rules or incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified. Responsibility cannot be accepted by Start-Smiling UK Cosmetic Dentistry or Start-Smiling Cosmetic Medical Centre for lost, undelivered, delayed, damaged or mislaid entries.
- Any prize is as specified in the individual competition rules. No alternative prizes may be requested although Start-Smiling UK Cosmetic Dentistry and/or Start-Smiling Cosmetic Medical Centre reserve the right to alter arrangements or prizes should this be unavoidable. There is no cash alternative.
- Any prize will be awarded to the first valid entry drawn at random by an independent, supervised individual. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into by Start-Smiling UK Cosmetic Dentistry and/or Start-Smiling Cosmetic Medical Centre in relation to that decision.
- The draw will take place on Monday 2nd June 2008. The winner will be contacted by e-mail, telephone or post within 10 working days of the date of the draw. The winner must claim the prize within 28 days of the draw taking place.
- It is a condition of entry that any winner consents to their name and county of UK residence to be published on the website for 14 days after the closing date. Winners may be requested to take part in post-event publicity.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the competition without prior notice.
- By entering any competition all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the competition material.

Enquiries relating to the competition (including enquiries about the name of the eventual winner or the personal data collected about you as a result of your entry) should be addressed to "Competitions & Terms" and sent to Start-Smiling UK Cosmetic Dentistry, at the above address. The competition is run via the Start-Smiling UK Cosmetic Dentistry and/or Start-Smiling Cosmetic Medical Centre website www.start-smiling.co.uk.
- Entrant details provided will be used for informing winners of results and will thereafter be held only by Start-Smiling for future marketing. No details shall be passed to any 3rd Parties unless use has been permitted by the entrant in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Start-Smiling UK Cosmetic Dentistry and/or Start-Smiling Cosmetic Medical Centre reserve the right to disclose the name of the winner on request from a third party in order to maintain competition integrity.
