I contacted Start Smiling as I wanted to close the gaps on my teeth. I am thrilled, in my early sixties, to have invested in a Smile Makeover with Dr Tom at Start Smiling! I discovered the practice when researching Aesthetic Dentistry Awards and the accolades won by this talented team galvanized me into action! My initial fear of being judged vain was allayed at the very first consultation, when I came away believing that beautiful teeth are not solely the privilege of the young!From the outset, Dr Tom was confident he could achieve my perfect smile and in less than a year (and it would have been considerably less were it not for lockdown), he has delivered on his promise!The work required was greater than I expected but the process faster than I ever imagined! Each step of the treatment was carefully explained and all charges detailed in a clear and transparent quotation. I was extremely nervous when I first went to have my braces put in but everyone at Start Smiling made me feel at ease, celebrated each little victory with me and were just extremely supportive and they were very patient and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns - I constantly felt in the best possible hands! I contacted Start Smiling in June, having lost a veneer on the first day of Lockdown in March, I was more than keen to get some help in rectifying this and replacing the other veneers I had.Following an informative Skype consultation with Tony I decided to book my face-to-face consultation with him.From the moment I first walked into this professional establishment I felt welcome and at ease, each member of staff I came into contact with had a friendly, welcoming face.Following this consultation I decided to proceed with what was going to be quite a journey to regain my confidence in my smile. Due to being given medication when a baby the enamel on my front teeth, both top and bottom, never developed correctly. I had previously had the top teeth corrected with veneers, which were more than ready for replacement and I had always wanted something done about my lower teeth. Tony offered his advice and I went ahead.Treatment started in July, I had 7 visits in total my final visit being the end of October. Each visit I was made to feel as comfortable as possible and even after a 4hour long appointment I left still knowing I had made the right choice and more than happy with how the treatment was going. I never left the practice looking anything but presentable, the temporary fitment provided when my old veneers were removed was nothing short of amazing.Procedures at each appointment were performed with care and everything was fully explained.Tony was always on hand with any concerns or queries I had, a mere e-mail away, he always responded the same day and put my mind at total ease.Each time I visited the staff welcomed me by my name and with a happy, friendly demeanour - making me feel like their only patient.I will be staying with Tony and the Start Smiling gang for future dental check-ups and treatment, the hour-long drive there and back for me is more than worth it.I honestly cannot recommend Tony and the team highly enough.... I can indeed “Start Smiling”.

I honestly couldn't reccomend Dr Tony Aneiros and his team any higher. I have been having some work done since 2018 and for the entire time that I have been attending the practice my treatment has been excellent. It has always been calm and I haven’t felt rushed like I have previously experienced at other dentists. Dr Aneiros really lived up to the ‘pain free’ claim that they make - I was comfortable throughout my treatments and he consistently explained everything in advance. If I was a nervous patient I think this would definitely be the place to go! He also pays close attention to detail and I always felt that I was in the care of a perfectionist!I also didn't feel pressured like I have been at other dentists (where it felt like I was dealing with salesmen), and instead I have always felt that I was given honest advice which really does make a difference.I couldn’t be happier with my treatment and I would happily recommend Dr Aneiros and the team I have been seeing to my family and friends!

Absolutely fantastic experience going to see Tom and team. I have always disliked my teeth after having an accident and reconstruction when i was a teenager. 20 years later this was the best decision i have ever made. Dr Tom Sealey replaced my old upper veneers and did a first-class job. Dr Tom addressed my concerns honestly and in detail when responding to my emails and during my consultations. Dr Tom works meticulously every step of the way, and I am delighted with the final result. Kudos to Simon (the technician) for my natural-looking veneers. Dr Tom and Simon collaborated closely to create my perfect smile. I am also grateful to the dental nurses, practice manager and friendly receptionists. I have been going to start smiling for more than 10 and had mainly required the hygienist and checkups.Unfortunately I had a serious accident and damaged my teeth and gums to such an extent that I required a lot of dental work that was ongoing for over a year. This work was carried out by Tony and he had to reconstruct my gums which included a graft. I also required a brace and veneers. During this time I had regular visits with Alison who has guided me through my oral hygiene. I am a very nervous patient but every visit to Start Smiling was totally pain free and all the staff were kind and caring. I cannot thank everyone enough at Start Smiling for giving me back my smile and confidence.

OMG cannot believe how lucky I have been to find Tom and his colleagues - I am a very very nervous patient, I have been terrified of the dentist all of my life, to the detriment of my teeth. I heard about START SMILING through a friend as I was at my wits end and needed loads of work done.I have just finished a six month programme with the team which included crowns, bridges braces and Veneers!!!!! I had sedation for some of the lengthy appointments which the practise organised fo me. Every single member of the team from receptionists to my amazing dentist TOM were so kind and patient with me and literally called me the next day after every appointment to make sure I was OK. My fear of the dentist is definitely subsiding and I feel confident to now keep up hygienist and prevention appointments which is something I haven't done for over 40 years. Oh....and nearly forgot my smile looks FAB xxxx so thankyou so much to everyone at Start Smiling.

I cannot begin to explain how pleased I am with the outcome of my personalised treatment plan carried out by the team at Start Smiling. I am more confident, smile more, am willing to have more photos taken and am proud to share the journey with whoever will listen! The comments from family and friends make every hurdle worth it and when I see my teeth in the mirror I still have to remind myself…they are mine!Previous experiences had left me extremely nervous about having dentistry work done; the thought of surgery, needles, an implant, veneers and braces (again) filled me with horror. However, I can honestly say, with the support of all of the team, I really should not have worried anywhere near as much as I initially did.Dr Tony and Kira were amazing and were there for me with whatever I needed to know, including follow up calls after appointments. I had received some great work done by Tony in another surgery several years ago and I trusted him, so I found his new practice online and travelled 20 miles each way because I knew that the level of service would be nothing but excellent!Every step of the journey was explained, before during and after. I would say the conversations were transparent and this reduced my anxiety about the treatment I was having. The office staff were also brilliant, a massive thanks to Pam and all the others in offering support, at times even sitting with me before or in between treatments to reassure me. My major phobia is of needles; however, this was not a problem as Tony offered me a numbing agent, which meant I experienced no pain during injections and therefore no longer had to worry about this.The whole practice has such a family feel and many of the team know my first name, something you do not often get these days, this all added to the personalised touch that was given at Start Smiling. I have recently visited Start Smiling for my regular hygienist appointment and as always left the surgery with not only clean teeth but the reassurance that I’m being given the best advice possible to help keep my teeth and gums healthy. At age 54 it was a daunting prospect to decide to have a brace fitted! I’ve been unhappy with my smile for years and was recommended this practice by a friend and I could not be happier with the service and treatment I have received. Tom and his team made me feel at ease and have now given me the smile I’ve always wanted! All the staff always make you feel welcome and are always on hand to answer any questions you may have.Needless to say I would highly recommend this practice particularly if you are like me a little nervous of the dentist chair! After my final appointment lasting 3 1/2 hours yesterday which was completely pain free I feel I can cope with anything dentist related from now on! Thank you to Start Smiling!

I have been going to Start Smiling for a number of years and cannot recommend Dr Tom, Dr Tony and the rest of the team highly enough. I have received a complete smile makeover, which over the course of a year involved straightening, shaping and whitening my teeth. This process involved multiple visits, and I like many people am not the biggest fan of dental visits, but the entire experience at Start Smiling was superb from start to finish. The facilities are excellent, and the team show a genuine passion for what they do.I now have the confidence to 'start smiling', and am extremely grateful for their services!:)

I have recently finished my treatment with Tony and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I found Tony to be very understanding of what I wanted to achieve and I honestly felt like he wanted the best result for me too. I had a brace when I was younger but I still never had the smile I wanted, so after a recommendation from a colleague I went to see Tony to see what could be done. I had the C-fast braces and couldn’t believe how quickly my teeth straightened, my bottom brace came off after 4 months and my top after 6 months! We then started the whitening treatment for a few weeks before finishing off with some composite bonding on some of my front teeth. Not only Tony but all of the other staff at start-smiling who were involved in my journey, were always so personable and welcoming, I cannot thank the team enjoy. If it isn’t already obvious, I highly recommend anyone who is unhappy with their smile to visit the practice �
