Meet Allison Kent
Receptionist
Allison joined Start Smiling in 2021 as a receptionist and takes great pride in her front-of-house role.
She is married and has three adult children, two sons and a daughter. Allison loves being part of the patient journey, helping patients feel welcomed, supported and looked after from their first contact with the practice.
Allison is particularly good with nervous patients and enjoys helping them feel more at ease when they contact or visit the practice.
Outside work, she loves going out for dinner, spending time with family and friends, and travelling with her husband.
