Late Cancellation and Non Attendance Policy

Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request 24 hours notice.

If the cancellation is made less than 3 hours before the appointment time, this will be marked as a failed to attend.

Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled without 24hours notice, will incur a fee of £30 per half hour appointment booked.
