Meet Dee Steponaityte

Dee is originally from Lithuania and joined Start Smiling for her first dental nursing role. Since becoming part of the practice, she has grown in confidence, developed her skills and found a team that feels like family.

What Dee enjoys most about her role is getting to know patients, supporting them through their treatment journey and seeing their confidence grow. She values the relationships built along the way and enjoys being part of a caring, supportive team.

Outside work, Dee enjoys reading, walking, yoga, travelling and trying new restaurants and foods. She loves learning new things and is currently studying sign language.
