Natalie’s Approach To Hygiene Care
Natalie takes a calm, friendly and practical approach to dental hygiene appointments. She understands that some patients may feel nervous, embarrassed or unsure about their gum health, so she takes time to explain what she is doing and why it matters.
Her focus is on helping patients feel comfortable, informed and supported throughout their appointment. Whether you visit regularly or have not seen a hygienist for a while, Natalie will help you understand the next steps in a clear and reassuring way.
What To Expect At A Hygiene Appointment
During a hygiene appointment, Natalie may assess your gum health, gently remove plaque and tartar, and provide personalised advice for caring for your teeth and gums at home.
She may also discuss brushing technique, interdental cleaning, bleeding gums, staining, fresh breath and how often you may benefit from hygiene visits.
If Natalie notices anything that needs further review, she will explain this clearly and advise you on the next steps.

Outside The Practice
Outside work, Natalie enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. With two boys, family life is always busy, and she often enjoys days out to the zoo, farms and woodlands.
She also loves reading and has a passion for travelling whenever she gets the chance.
Support For Nervous Patients
If you feel anxious about hygiene appointments, Natalie will take a calm and reassuring approach. She can explain each stage clearly, check in with you throughout the appointment and work at a pace that feels manageable.
The aim is to help you feel more confident about hygiene care and more comfortable maintaining your oral health between visits.
